I'm a Service Advisor with a long history in the automotive industry, starting back in 1998. Growing up in Oklahoma, I'm a proud graduate of Eisenhower High School and got a taste of college football, too. I'm a Oklahoma Sooner fan at heart. I've got a knack for helping people, and I've always been one to give a fair shake. I enjoy working hard and taking care of things. You can find me at Serra Auto Park. Outside of work, I like to stay active with spending time with my amazing wife and two boys, working out, and enjoy spending time outdoors fishing and trap shooting. I've also had the chance to travel some, with trips to Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

After sitting in a traffic jam on I-77 for an hour, I was 45 minutes late for my service appointment. With less than an hour before closing and me being very late, it would have been understandable if I was told that I would have to come back. But Joey was right there ensuring that I could get my service completed and getting it going immediately. Great service as always but also proves that Serra Subaru Service will do everything they can for a customer.
