Manning checking in with you was great. You were very helpful! However, the day the service was performed the service was very subpar. After checking in with Manning he told me it would be done by 10am. After receiving my video at 9:20 I assumed all would be good to pick up on my lunch, I arrived at 12:30 and they were not done with the paperwork. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after the service had been performed 3 hours prior that is inexcusable to me. It was very irritating, I am very disappointed in the rest of the team and will exclusively be scheduling my future services with Manning.
